Small on purpose
You talk to the person doing the work. There is no account manager translating your feedback into a brief.
About
BrandzaX is a small studio in Mumbai, working remotely with startup teams. We are not trying to become your marketing department. We are trying to make ourselves unnecessary by the time the files land.
Position
Most studios are structured so that you have to come back. The files are kept, the templates are locked, and the only person who can make a small change is the person who charges for small changes. That is a business model, and it is not ours.
We would rather do a six-week project properly and have you not need us for two years, then have you come back because you are launching something new. That only works if the handover is real: editable source files, fonts licensed in your name, and a written system that explains why each rule exists, not just what it is.
It also means we will sometimes tell you to buy less. If your logo is fine and the problem is that nobody wrote down the rules, we will scope the smaller project and say so on the call.
You talk to the person doing the work. There is no account manager translating your feedback into a brief.
Decisions get written down. Calls are for deciding; the reasoning lives in a document you keep.
You get source files and licences. Nothing you own is locked inside a subscription we control.
What we think
A plain system applied the same way everywhere reads as more competent than a beautiful one applied four ways. Recognition is repetition.
Eight routes is not generosity, it is deferred decision-making. Two well-argued routes force a real conversation about what the company is.
Invoices, error messages, the confirmation email. Customers read those more carefully than the homepage and they are usually the last thing anyone touches.
A 90-page PDF nobody opens changes nothing. A template with the right type sizes already in it changes everything, because it makes the correct choice the easy one.
If the project you are asking for will not fix the problem you described, the useful move is to say so, even when the bigger project pays better.
Contrast ratios, focus states and real alt text are not an accessibility tax. They are the difference between a design that works and one that only photographs well.
The studio
Placeholder. Replace this block with real names, roles, photographs and one honest line each before launch. Do not publish invented people.
BrandzaX is run by a small permanent team with specialists brought in for motion, illustration and front-end work when a project needs them. Whoever joins the first call stays on the project until handover.
Leads the audit, direction and identity work on every project. Placeholder biography.
Takes systems into templates, pages and email. Placeholder biography.
Take the free brand audit. You get a written assessment of what is inconsistent and what to fix first, whether or not you ever hire us.
