Write a short brief and get a newsletter laid out in your colours and type, exported as HTML that is ready for Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Newsletter tools make it easy to drag blocks around and hard to stay on-brand. Every edition drifts a little: a new button style here, a font that falls back to Arial there, an image that breaks on dark mode.
And writing it from scratch every fortnight is its own job. The tool drafts the copy and the layout together, from your brand kit, so the only thing left to do is check it.
Logo, colours, fonts and, if you have one, a past newsletter you like. The tool learns your header, footer and button style.
“April edition: new launch, two customer stories, three product picks, link to the sale.” Paste any copy you already have.
Rearrange blocks, edit the copy, send yourself a test, then export HTML for your email platform.
Get subject line options, preview text, body copy and a layout from one brief, in the tone you set.
Header, hero, story, product grid, button and footer blocks styled once from your kit and reused in every edition.
Table-based HTML with inline styles, written to hold up in Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook rather than just the preview.
Preview how the email looks when a client flips it to dark mode, and fix logos or text that disappear.
Personalisation tags like first name stay in the right syntax for Mailchimp or Klaviyo, so nothing breaks on import.
Draft alt text for every image and a plain-text version of the email, which helps both accessibility and deliverability.
Export the HTML itself, or a version prepared for the platform you already send from.
Launch emails, restock alerts and weekly picks that look like your store, not like a template.
Product updates and founder letters sent on schedule, without a designer on every edition.
One person can own email without spending half the week on layout and inbox testing.
Something else? Email [email protected].
The HTML is written with the table-based, inline-styled approach that Outlook needs. Email clients still differ in small ways, so we always recommend sending yourself a test before a full send.
Not at launch. You export the HTML, or the Mailchimp-ready or Klaviyo-ready version, and send from the platform that holds your list.
Your logo, fonts, colours and past emails are stored against your account and used only to generate your newsletters. They are not used to train AI models, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. (Placeholder answer — to be confirmed before launch.)
No. The builder never needs your list: you export the email and send it from your own platform. Any copy or briefs you enter are used only to generate your emails and are not used to train models. (Placeholder answer — to be confirmed before launch.)
