Using this site
You may read this site, print pages from it and link to it. You may not copy the written content or the design of the site itself for use elsewhere without asking. The work shown in case studies belongs to the clients it was made for.
What is on the pages
We try to keep prices, timelines and descriptions accurate, but everything on this site is indicative. Nothing here is an offer that can be accepted by filling in a form. A project exists once we have both signed a scope document and the booking payment has cleared.
Case studies marked as samples are placeholders written to show structure. They do not describe real clients or real results.
Project terms, in summary
The agreement we sign will say all of this properly. In short:
- Fifty per cent books the dates and is not refundable; fifty per cent is due on handover.
- Ownership of the delivered work transfers to you on final payment, in full.
- Fonts are licensed to you in your own name; we do not sub-license them.
- Revision rounds are as set out in the scope document. Extra rounds are billed hourly at an agreed rate.
- Either side may end a retainer with one month of written notice.
- We may show the work publicly once it is live, unless the scope document says otherwise.
Liability
We take care with the work, but we cannot be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost opportunity. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [insert jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
