Privacy notice
Last updated 1 September 2026. This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
BrandzaX is a design studio operating from Mumbai, India. For questions about this notice, or about data we hold, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you fill in the enquiry form or the brand audit form, we receive the fields on that form: typically your name, your email address, your company, a budget band and whatever you write in the message box. If you email us directly, we hold that email.
This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what is needed to display the page.
Fonts and external requests
Typefaces on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server and Google may log your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted; see the README in the site package for how.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to quote for work, and to keep a record of what was agreed. If we work together, we keep project correspondence and invoices for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for the period required by Indian accounting rules and then deleted. Brand audit submissions are deleted twelve months after the audit is sent.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our accounting software, both of which process data on our instructions. We do not sell data, and we do not share enquiry details with anyone else without asking you first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply in addition to this and override anything here that conflicts with them.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Files you share are stored in access-controlled folders. We keep the number of people with access to your material as small as the work allows.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. If you have an open project with us, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to check this page.
