Costs that go straight to someone else.
These are paid by you directly to the provider, so you own the account and see every rupee. We'll list any that apply in your quote.

How paying us works.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is due before work starts and books your slot. The amount is set out in your quote, and the balance is split across milestones.
How are milestones billed?
Each milestone in the written scope has a payment attached. You're invoiced when that milestone is delivered, so you only ever pay for work you've seen.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is a GST invoice. Share your GSTIN when you accept the quote so it appears on the invoice and you can claim input credit.
What if we need to cancel?
You can stop at any milestone. You pay for work delivered up to that point and receive every file for it. The deposit covers the booked time and is not refundable once work has started.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you pay per delivered milestone, there's nothing paid in advance beyond the deposit. If a milestone doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it before invoicing the next one.
What happens if a payment is late?
Work on the next milestone pauses until the invoice is cleared, and files for unpaid milestones are handed over once it's paid. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
