A brand people recognise before they read the name.

Positioning, naming, logo and the rules that hold it together, built once and written down so every future piece looks like it came from the same company.

“Every time someone new makes something, it looks like a different company.”

“Our logo was made in a weekend before launch. It's a PNG. The Instagram posts use one blue, the website uses another, and the deck uses whatever the template came with.”

“I can't explain what makes us different in one sentence, so the agency can't either. Every brief turns into me redoing the work at midnight.”

“We're about to raise, or launch a new range, and I don't want to walk in looking like this.”

If any of that sounds familiar, the fix is rarely a new logo on its own. It's a set of decisions, made once and written down, that everyone can follow.

Scattered touchpoints become one system Five small touchpoint cards, a website, a social post, an ad, an invoice and a deck, start scattered at random angles with different accent colours and corner shapes. They then straighten into one aligned row on a shared baseline, all with the same brass accent and the same corners.
Before: 5 touchpoints, 5 stylesAfter: 1 system

Twelve services, one brand system.

Pick one or several. Each is built on the same strategy, so every piece fits with the next.

A clear, written answer to who you're for, what you replace and why someone should pick you, that the whole team can repeat.

Who it's for: Founders who explain the business differently every time, or who are about to spend money on a logo, site or ads.

Typical timeline: 2–3 weeksGet a quote

A name you can say on a call without spelling it, with the domain and handles checked before you fall in love with it.

Who it's for: New companies, product launches and sub-brands, or anyone whose current name keeps getting misheard.

Typical timeline: 2–4 weeksGet a quote

One mark that still reads at 16 pixels, delivered in every lockup and format so nobody crops a PNG again.

Who it's for: Early-stage brands that need a proper logo, or teams stuck with a single PNG with a white box behind it.

Typical timeline: 2–3 weeksGet a quote

A palette, type scale and layout rules that make the tenth thing you design look like it came from the same place as the first.

Who it's for: Brands with a logo but no system, where every new post, deck or banner is designed from scratch.

Typical timeline: 4–6 weeksGet a quote

A way of writing that sounds like one company, whether it's a product page, a support reply or a WhatsApp broadcast.

Who it's for: Teams where the founder writes one way, marketing another and customer support a third.

Typical timeline: 2–3 weeksGet a quote

One document that answers 'is this on brand?' without anyone having to ask the founder.

Who it's for: Brands handing work to agencies, freelancers or a growing in-house team for the first time.

Typical timeline: 2–4 weeksGet a quote

A plain list of everything customer-facing, what contradicts what, and what to fix first.

Who it's for: Founders who sense the brand has drifted but can't point to where, or who are deciding whether to rebrand.

Typical timeline: 1–2 weeksGet a quote

A brand that fits the company you've become, rolled out without losing the recognition you've already earned.

Who it's for: Businesses that have outgrown their first logo, changed direction, or are raising and need to look the part.

Typical timeline: 6–10 weeksGet a quote

Packaging that stands out on a shelf or a phone screen and goes to the printer without a round of corrections.

Who it's for: D2C, FMCG, beauty and food brands launching a product or extending a range.

Typical timeline: 3–6 weeksGet a quote

The physical things people hold and wear, designed to the same rules as everything else.

Who it's for: Teams getting ready for events, client meetings, onboarding kits or a launch.

Typical timeline: 1–2 weeksGet a quote

Illustrations and icons drawn in your style, so the site and product stop relying on stock art everyone else uses.

Who it's for: Brands whose website, app or packaging leans on generic stock illustration or mismatched icon packs.

Typical timeline: 2–5 weeksGet a quote

A logo and brand that move with intent, for reels, ads, app launches and video intros.

Who it's for: Brands that post a lot of video, run video ads, or have an app with a splash screen.

Four steps, from audit to roll-out.

The same sequence whether you need one logo or a full rebrand. You see the reasoning at every stage, not just the final files.

  1. Week 1

    Audit and interviews

We collect everything customer-facing, talk to the founders and a few customers, and list what disagrees with what.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Strategy and direction

Positioning agreed in writing first. Then two design routes, each shown on real applications, argued so you choose on reasoning.

  3. Weeks 3–5

    Build and stress-test

The chosen route drawn out properly and tested on real content: a crowded product page, a 16-pixel favicon, a slide with too much text.

  4. Week 6 onwards

    Roll out and grow

Source files, guidelines and a recorded walkthrough in one shared folder, then we apply the brand across your site, campaigns and content as you grow.

What founders ask before booking.

Do we need strategy before a logo?

Not always. If you can already say who you're for and why you're different in one sentence, we can go straight to design. If you can't, a short strategy phase first saves you from redesigning in six months. We'll tell you which on the first call.

Can you keep our existing logo?

Often, yes. If the mark is sound, we build the system around it and say so early. That's a smaller project, and we'd rather scope the smaller job than sell you a redraw you don't need.

How many design options will we see?

Two to three well-argued routes, depending on the project. More than that tends to mean picking on mood rather than fit. Revision rounds are agreed in the quote so nobody is surprised.

Do we own the files and the rights?

Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the logo and artwork transfers to your company. Fonts are licensed in your name, and you get every source file, not just exports.

How is a brand project priced?

Every project is quoted to scope. Tick what you need on the quote builder, we have a 30-minute call to confirm the details, and you get a fixed quote after that. No hourly billing.

Ready to stop redoing the same work?

Tell us where the brand is today and what's coming up. We'll reply within one working day with next steps.
