“We're spending on ads every month. We just can't tell what's working.”
“Meta says one number, Google says another, and Shopify says something else. Our last agency sent a report full of impressions and reach, and none of it matched our bank account.”
“We post on Instagram most days, we send the odd email, we tried an influencer once. Everything is a bit busy and nothing feels connected.”
“I don't need more activity. I need to know which channel to put the next lakh into.”
The fix is rarely another channel. It's tracking everyone agrees on, then fewer channels run properly and judged on the same numbers.
Twelve channels, one set of numbers.
Pick one or several. Every channel is tracked the same way, so you can see which one earns the next rupee.
Paid campaigns on Meta and Google built around cost per purchase or lead, not clicks, and changed every week based on what the numbers say.
Who it's for: D2C brands and startups ready to spend on ads monthly who want someone to plan, run and report on them properly.
A site that Google can crawl and trust, and content that AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews are more likely to find and cite.
Who it's for: Brands that want organic traffic that doesn't stop when the ad budget does, including local businesses that depend on Maps and “near me” searches.
Articles and guides that answer the questions your buyers are already searching for, so they find you before they find a competitor.
Who it's for: B2B startups and considered-purchase D2C brands whose customers research before they buy.
Automated flows and regular campaigns that bring past customers back, in emails that render properly in Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook.
Who it's for: D2C brands with a customer list that is mostly going unused, and B2B teams that want a newsletter people open.
Order updates, cart reminders and offers on the app your customers already check, sent with consent and within the rules.
Who it's for: Indian D2C brands and local businesses whose customers respond faster on WhatsApp than on email.
Creators who fit your brand, making content you can reuse in ads, with the paperwork and usage rights sorted before anyone posts.
Who it's for: D2C brands that need a steady supply of real-person video for Meta ads, or want reach through creators in their niche.
Sponsored ads on Amazon and other marketplaces that win the searches worth paying for, and stop paying for the ones that aren't.
Who it's for: Brands selling on Amazon, Flipkart or quick-commerce apps who are running ads on auto-pilot or not at all.
More of the visitors you already pay for turning into buyers, through changes that are tested rather than guessed.
Who it's for: Stores and SaaS sites with steady traffic where the landing page, product page or checkout is the bottleneck.
Tracking you can trust, so your ad platforms, analytics and store report the same purchases and your campaigns optimise on real data.
Who it's for: Any brand spending on ads, and anyone whose Meta, Google and store numbers don't agree.
A launch plan where every channel goes live on the same day with the same message, instead of a post and a hope.
Who it's for: Brands launching a new product, store, app or category, and startups going to market for the first time.
A LinkedIn presence that sounds like you, posted consistently, so investors, hires and customers know what you stand for.
Who it's for: Founders who know they should post on LinkedIn but never find the time, or whose posts don't sound like them.
Tracking first, then spend, then scale what works.
We don't put money behind a channel until we can measure it. Every growth engagement runs in this order, and keeps running with you after launch.
-
Weeks 1–2
Audit and fix tracking
We check your ad accounts, analytics and store data, and fix the tracking before touching campaigns. Otherwise every later decision is based on bad numbers.
-
Weeks 2–3
Plan the channels
A written plan with the channels, budget split, audiences and the one number each channel is judged on, agreed with you before anything goes live.
-
Weeks 3–6
Launch and test
Campaigns go live with a testing schedule: new creative, audiences or offers tested on purpose, one variable at a time where we can.
-
Monthly, ongoing
Report, reallocate and grow
A monthly report in plain language: what worked, what didn't, and where next month's budget should move. You see the same dashboards we do, and we keep scaling what works with you.
Every project in this area is quoted to scope.
Tick what you need and we'll send a fixed quote.
Marketing & Growth, answered.
How is the price decided?
After a 30-minute call where we look at your channels, your current numbers and what you want to achieve. We then send a fixed quote for the scope: a one-off setup fee, a monthly fee for ongoing work, or both.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google, Amazon or whichever platform we're running, on your own card or account. It is separate from our fee. The ad accounts stay in your name, so the data is always yours.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Results depend on your product, price, market and budget. What we do commit to is correct tracking, a clear plan, disciplined testing and honest reporting, including when something isn't working.
Is there a minimum contract?
Setup work such as tracking or an audit is a one-off project. Ongoing channels like ads, SEO or social need a few months to judge fairly, so we'll recommend a minimum period on the call and put it in the quote. There are no hidden lock-ins.
Do you work with brands outside India?
Yes. We're based in Mumbai and work remotely. WhatsApp, SMS and marketplace work is most often for Indian brands, but ads, SEO, email and tracking work the same anywhere.
Find out which channel deserves your next rupee.
A 30-minute call about your numbers, a written scope and a fixed quote. No obligation after that.
A planned, on-brand feed on Instagram, LinkedIn and wherever else your customers actually spend time, without the founder writing every caption.
Who it's for: Brands posting irregularly or inconsistently who want a steady calendar run for them.
