HTML email
Templates built and tested against the clients your list actually uses, including Outlook for Windows, which renders through Word and breaks everything designed for a browser.
The problem
Outlook for Windows renders HTML using the Word engine. It ignores most modern CSS, has its own ideas about spacing, and will not respect a background image without a fallback written in a Microsoft-specific conditional. Designs that assume a browser fall apart there, and depending on your market that can be a third of your list.
Then there is dark mode, where several clients invert your colours without asking, and Gmail, which clips the message once it passes 102KB and hides your call to action behind a link nobody clicks.
None of this is mysterious. It is a known set of constraints, and a template built with them in mind renders correctly everywhere without looking like a compromise.
“It looks perfect in the preview and then half our customers get a stack of images with no spacing.”
Every team that has built an email in a web-first tool
What you get
Delivered as tested HTML, and installed into your sending platform so your team can use it the same day.
How it runs
We look at your last few sends and your client-share data, so the testing matrix is based on your list rather than a general one.
Modules designed inside email constraints from the start, which avoids designing something that cannot be built.
Hand-coded, then tested across the major clients, with the Outlook and dark-mode passes done explicitly.
Loaded into your platform, a test send to your team, and the guide for building new sends from modules.
Price
From ₹38,000
Two weeks for a modular template set, including client testing.
One template system at the starting number. Campaign-specific designs built from the same modules are quoted per send and are much cheaper.
Questions
Outlook 2016 through Microsoft 365 on Windows, Outlook on macOS, Gmail in browser and on both mobile apps, Apple Mail on macOS and iOS, and Yahoo. We add anything your own data shows is significant.
We build for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, Customer.io and plain SMTP. Tell us which one on the form; the merge tag syntax differs and we set it up correctly from the start.
Partially. Several clients will fall back to a system font whatever you do, so we pick a fallback stack that holds the layout at the same measure. Designing so the fallback is acceptable is more useful than fighting for the webfont.
Animated GIFs work, with a good first frame for the clients that show only that. Embedded video does not work reliably anywhere, so we use a still with a play graphic linking out.
No. We will edit subject lines and preheaders because they are part of whether the design works, but the body copy comes from you or your writer.
